Process
of Restoring Neon for a Vintage Porcelain Sign

A
vintage neon sign with missing & broken glass.
|
The
sign layout is then imaged to our computer neon program.
|

The
program generates a template for the neon tubes. The template follows the original
sign's layout EXACTLY!!

The
templates are created with a 36" plotter:

pattern is ready for bending the glass
